With spring just around the corner, it's a great time to dust off the cobwebs, get outside and enjoy fresh air.

We are thrilled to be part of the Housing Employment Network North East (HENNE), a partnership of thirteen north east housing providers working together with customers, communities and stakeholders to deliver a coordinated, strategic approach to employability.

At Karbon we set our rents in line with government policy and guidelines from the Regulator of Social Housing, this is known as the Rent Standard.
