Since 6 December 2022, there has been a new way to apply for a home if you were originally registered with Tyne and Wear Homes.
You will now need to be registered with the following local authority websites if you would like to rent a Karbon home:
The new websites are like the old Tyne and Wear Homes site and the way you search and bid for properties has not changed. You can login using the same login details and password.
Each local authority website will give you all the details you need to know about when homes are released and how long bidding is open for. Please contact them directly as we do not have access to this information.
