Diane Lloyd is our latest customer to win our prize draw, bagging herself £100 worth of high street shopping vouchers just by completing our Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Diane and her husband moved into one of our new build, affordable apartments in Hadston in February and soon after, completed the Customer Satisfaction Survey sharing her feedback on the experience.
Diane said: “When Dawn rang to say I’d won, it came completely out of the blue and was a pleasant surprise. The survey was quick and simple to complete, and I thought it was great that Karbon gives new customers the opportunity to give their feedback. It was definitely worth completing.”
The couple moved to the apartment in the Northumberland village from North West Wales and are settling in well. Diane applied for her new home on Northumberland Homefinder and found the entire process to be smooth.
“We’re happy with the apartment and I can’t see us moving again now. From bidding to receiving an offer, it was all fairly quick. It’s a lot more spacious than other one-bed flats we’d viewed, and the shared garden and garden shed were very welcomed.
“And instead of having to make an additional 300-mile round trip to pick up the keys, Karbon's Homes Lettings Coordinator very kindly offered to leave the keys with our son who lives in Amble. Going above and beyond with touches like this really help make a stressful process of moving that bit easier.”
Diane has been really impressed with all the Karbon services and colleagues she’s encountered “The few times we’ve required assistance from Karbon’s repairs team, help has been really efficient. Our Housing Officer has also been great and whenever we’ve raised anything with her it gets sorted.
“We’re in the process of applying for a walk-in shower for my husband and Karbon has been supportive, helping us throughout the process. Knowing they’re there to help makes you feel really valued as a customer.”
