Are you an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen?
To continue living, working, or claiming benefits in the UK from July 2021, you must have applied to the EU Settlement Scheme by 30 June 2021. Remember people of all ages, including children, need to apply.
You may be able to stay in the UK without applying - for example, if you’re an Irish citizen or already have indefinite leave to remain, so double check this.
You can apply for pre-settled or settled status using an online form. For more information on who is eligible to apply and to apply online visit www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-citizens-families
For help applying or other questions you can contact the EU Settlement Resolution Centre online at www.eu-settled-status-enquiries.service.gov.uk/start or by calling 0300 123 7379 (inside the UK).
You don’t need an immigration lawyer to apply.
