From Monday 19 - Thursday 22 December, 9.30am-4.30pm, you can come meet our team and find out how we can support you with free housing advice along with some festive drinks and snacks in our warm space in Stanley.

Worried about your rent or paying over the holidays?
Come and chat to our Customer Accounts Officer who will look at the best way to manage your rent.
Have a question about your home?
Our Customer Relations Advisors are on hand to answer your queries or to help report a repair.
Looking for a new job?
Our dedicated team of Employment Advisors can work with you finding the right job or training, moving up the career ladder or improving your knowledge and skills.
Need some advice with benefits and money?
Karbon’s Money Matters team can support you with benefit checks, Universal Credit claims, debut advice, budgeting and more.
Need help getting online?
We have digital coaches who can support you in improving your confidence with using devices and online services.
Throughout the week, we’ll also be offering food parcels and energy vouchers. Plus, there's be hot drinks, festive biscuits, carol singing from a local nursery and a certain Mr Claus may pay us a visit!
There’s no need to book, just come along on the day and we’ll welcome you in and introduce you to our team.
