Have your say on your community

We want you to have a community you're proud of and we know the best way to improve is to listen to feedback from our customers and work with you to act on it, which is why we've set up our Area Forums.

They are an opportunity for all customers to become involved in checking and challenging our performance and services as well as helping us focus on local issues. It's also the chance to connect with people in your community.

Our Area Forums also include representation from partners such as the police and groups working within the community so we can work together to make things better.

The Stanley Area Forum will meet on a quarterly basis throughout the year, both in person and online.

Our first meeting will take place at the Stanley Skills Hub, Front Street, Stanley DH9 0JE on Wednesday 14 December. We'll be there to welcome you for cuppa and a chat from 4.30pm and the forum will start at 5pm and finish at approximately 6.30pm.

If you would like to take part or find out more, please contact our Customer Engagement Coordinator, Sandy Swinhoe or our Community Connector, Stacey Dobson or call us on 07849 847 955.

We want to ensure that our Area Forums have as much community representation as possible. If you know any people or community groups who you think should also be involved, please pass this information onto them as we would love them to be part of the forum.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Stanley Area Forum is part of Karbon Homes' Resident Involvement Framework.
