Most of us would love to live independently in our own homes for as long as possible, but worries about having a fall or accident while alone or just finding it difficult to do everyday things like getting dressed, climbing the stairs or having a bath, mean that many people find they need a little extra help, particularly as they get older.
Home Assist is here to help provide and access just the right level of help needed, with a wide range of safety, mobility and living aids designed to support independent living... from grab rails and lever taps to wheelchair ramps, wet rooms and stair lifts to a personal alarm and response service.
Home Assist isn’t just there for those that need a little extra help to live comfortably, safely and independently. It’s here to give confidence and peace of mind to loved ones and carers too.
New Personal Alarm & Response Service
Home Assist offers a new personal alarm and response service. Worn as a discreet pendant, it guarantees help whenever customers need it.
This service starts from just £7 per week. This includes 24/7, 365 days a year response, help when you need it at the touch of a button, our mobile response service, connection to Emergency Services and free installation, repair and replacement.
We also don't charge for installation and can also set up a key safe for free if required.
Our customers have really seen the benefits of the Home Assist service:
