Communication: You'll act as a bridge between Karbon Homes and our customers. Your outstanding interpersonal skills will be crucial in creating a supportive environment where customers feel valued and understood.
Teamwork: You’ll contribute to the success of your team through support and collaboration with other members of the team to help forge a positive culture, allowing everyone to perform at their best.
Delivery: You’ll support the development and delivery of effective and high-quality housing services to Karbon Homes customers in our region.
Problem Solving: From addressing maintenance issues to handling tenancy concerns, you'll be the go-to problem solver. Your ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions will be your superpower.
Tenancy Management: Ensuring our customers have comfortable and well-maintained homes is key. You'll be handling tenancy agreements, conducting inspections, and ensuring the overall well-being of our communities.
Community Engagement: We believe in the strength of communities. You'll play a role in organising events, workshops, and activities that foster a sense of belonging and togetherness.
