As customers, you can now use MyKarbon to reschedule your own servicing and repairs appointments.
To do this you’ll see a stopwatch icon against a repair or appointment that is eligible for rescheduling.
By clicking on this icon, you will be able to see all available appointments and select the one that suits you, without having to call or email us. This will make the process far quicker and easier, meaning you can get on with your day.
