You can find out more about the scheme, and the opportunities available on our New Start page.
Recruitment is currently open, so get in touch with our Foundations for Life team now to apply.
The closing date for applications is Friday 17 February.
Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeships give you the chance to study whilst gaining work experience in one of our teams.
Whether you're starting out or looking for a new career, the programme offers something for everyone.
Jessica Connelly, who joined Karbon as a Customer Relationship Advisor Apprentice, saw an apprenticeship as a chance to move into a new career.
“Because I’m a full time mum, I’ve always found it difficult to find a job which offers a good work life balance.
"As Karbon provides colleagues with support and a foundation to build the life you want to build, they’ve made a career change possible for me and my family.
“The apprenticeship has been great and the team have been so welcoming and supportive, it feels like I’m settling into a family."
The first apprenticeship opportunities are now live
We are currently recruiting two Customer Relationship Advisor Apprentices to work within the Customer Relationship Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and administration skills.
More opportunities will follow throughout the year.
Visit our Apprenticeship page to find out more.
Our New Start and Apprenticeship roles are available exclusively to Karbon customers.
One of our key aims is to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities. By creating employment opportunities for customers, particularly in those communities where we have a high concentration of homes, we can help our customers lead successful, independent lives.
Let us help you reach your potential
