Welcome to our Customer Annual Report 2023-24

Each year we publish this report to ensure our customers are kept up to date on how we’re performing against the standards that are set by the Regulator of Social Housing and have an overview of how well we're delivering our services.

This latest report covers April 2023 - March 2024.

We remain focused on providing good quality homes delivering excellent customer service and shaping strong sustainable places for our communities, I'm proud to say that is truly exemplified in this year's report.

We want to say a huge thank you to all our colleagues for their continued efforts and to you, our customers, for your valued feedback and support.

Our involved residents play a big part in the production of this report, helping us to make sure that it’s easy to understand and contains information that is both interesting and useful to know.

Whether it’s helping us produce reports like this one, or working with us to improve our homes and neighbourhoods, there are lots of ways customers can get involved with the work we do at Karbon. In the Tenant Involvement and Empowerment section of this report, you can see some of the projects our involved residents have helped with over the last year and what exciting plans we have coming up to provide customers with even more ways to work with us.
