As the cost of living crisis intensifies, causing anxiety and hardship for many of our customers, we’re reaffirming our support of the National Housing Federation’s housing sector commitment to help keep people secure in their homes and providing support to residents during difficult times.
By supporting this commitment, we will not evict a customer as a result of financial hardship, if they are working with us to get payments back on track. We’re also promising to act quickly and compassionately to help customers who come to us for help, to access the support they need.
We are reaffirming our support in order to provide reassurance to our customers and to help ensure the housing sector’s compassionate approach is remembered and understood as the Government considers ways to support people through the crisis.
Visit our money pages for further information on the support we offer.
