The receptions at our Gosforth and Greengates offices will be closed on Tuesday 5 September due to a staff event.

• To pay your rent or check your balance, you can do this in several ways:
  - Online 24/7 via your MyKarbon account with your credit or debit card
  - At your local Post Office or PayPoint outlet using your Allpay card (please call if you need a new card)
  - Over the phone with a credit or debit card, for payments including setting up a direct debit
• To return keys please post to Karbon Homes, Number Five, Gosforth Park Avenue, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8EG. Please ensure your name, tenancy number and contact details are enclosed.

Colleagues in these offices are unable to help with customer queries. Please refrain from knocking on the doors or windows.
