We have been extremely saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and our thoughts and sincere condolences have been with the Royal Family at this difficult time.
It has now been confirmed that Her Majesty The Queen’s State Funeral will be held on Monday 19 September and it will be a national bank holiday.
We will therefore be closed on Monday 19 September to enable our colleagues and customers the opportunity to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate Her reign, while marking the final day of the period of mourning.
As always, if you have an emergency, our out of hours service will still be here to help, just call us on our usual number – 0808 164 0111. You can also use your MyKarbon account for less urgent things like booking and tracking repairs, checking and paying your rent and updating your contact details.
We will reopen as normal at 8am on Tuesday 20 September.
If you had a prearranged appointment or repair booked for 19 September our team will be getting in touch with you direct to rearrange it.
