Have your say!

We want you to have a community you're proud of.

That's why we're looking for customers to join our new Tyne Valley Area Forum.

We know the best way to improve is to listen to feedback from our customers and work with you to act on it, so we have set up the Area Forums to do just that.

It's an opportunity for all customers to become involved in checking and challenging our performance and services as well as helping us focus on local issues.

We'll engage with you to understand your thoughts and views, making sure you’re happy with our services and feel you’re getting value for money.

Our Area Forums include representation from partners such as the police and groups working within the community so we can work together to make things better.

The Tyne Valley Area Forum will meet on a quarterly basis throughout the year, both in person and online, and the first meeting will take place on Monday 25 July from 5-7pm at The Spetchells Centre, 57-58 Front Street, Prudhoe, NE42 5DH.

If you would like to take part or find out more, please contact:

Lewis Rimington: Lewis.Rimington@karbonhomes.co.uk | 07930 842 197

or Sandy Swinhoe: Sandy.Swinhoe@karbonhomes.co.uk | 07849 847 955

We want to ensure that our Area Forums have as much community representation as possible. If you know any people or community groups who you think should also be involved, please pass this information onto them as we would love them to be part of the forum.

Not in the Tyne Valley area?

Get in touch with Lewis and Sandy to find out about your local area forum and how you can get involved.
