Our Repairs Team remain under significant pressure due to a rise in demand for repairs and we have also faced challenges in recruiting for certain trades which has led to colleague shortages.
This is not the usual level of service we expect and we’re sorry if you’ve been affected. We're appointing more subcontractors and additional trade colleagues to meet this demand and we continue to respond to emergency repairs quickly.
We have visibility of all jobs that have been logged with us – we know if you’re waiting and we’re doing everything we can to alleviate the delays. We’re grateful for your patience. Our team are working on a priority basis, tackling the most urgent jobs first and outside of this they are looking at work in date order – from the oldest jobs first.
