Our aim to provide a strong foundation for life has never been more important, as we look back on what has been an incredibly challenging year for both the housing sector and for our customers.
But despite the difficult external environment we have found ourselves in, facing lots of competing demands and expectations, we haven’t lost sight of our core purpose, to provide good quality homes, an excellent service for our customers, and strong, sustainable places for our communities.
It's with great pride that we present our Annual Report for the financial year ending 31 March 2023.
Looking back on 2022/23, we have pushed on with a number of new and exciting projects across the organisation and have continued to invest in ensuring Karbon is a supportive and empowering place to work for our colleagues.
But most importantly, we have kept our customers at the heart of everything we have done, investing in the services we offer which help provide a strong foundation.
Looking ahead to 2023/24, remaining focused on the delivery of our key strategic aims, we are faced with both great opportunities and significant challenges.
Throughout we will remain committed to balancing our sound business head and our strong social heart, to ensure we are doing right by our customers, colleagues and the organisation.
