New heating system survey

Thank you for taking part in the trial of our new infrared heating system.

We wanted to get your feedback on how you found using the new system, what the positives have been as well as any negatives you’ve experienced. Your answers will help us to understand if the heating system could benefit even more customers. 

The survey should only take about 10 minutes to complete.

Any information you provide will remain anonymous and will only be used by Karbon Homes for the purposes of this research. Our privacy statement can be accessed here.  

Please note that this survey is exclusively for residents who took part in the infrared heating pilot in 2023-2024. It should not be completed by anyone who did not take part in this pilot. Any completed survey from non-participants will be disregarded.

Old system

Now we have some questions about your old heating system. The previous heating system was made up of storage heaters. These charged overnight using cheaper energy and released the heat during the next day.
