We don’t take a one size fits all approach – our support is tailored specifically to your individual needs, this may be help with your mental health, learning disability, homelessness, substance misuse or any other life challenge.
Support is offered at a time that is convenient to your circumstances. Whether it be help with cooking, cleaning, getting out of the house more or having someone to talk to, choosing us puts you in the driving seat toward a brighter future.
If you are interested in having some support from our specialised team or you feel that you know someone who does, we’d like the opportunity to tell you more about our services and what you can expect if you choose us. Our services can be paid for in a number of ways.
Individual budget – full funded
An individual budget is an amount of money allocated to you for your support by your Local Authority. The budget should be enough to meet the needs that have been identified by you and your care co-ordinator in the support plan.
You can take the individual budget as a direct payment or leave the local council with the responsibility to commission the service, or a combination of the two. Individual budgets mean everyone can have choice and control over the support they receive.
Individual budget – part funded
A part funded individual budget will cover some of the costs towards your support depending on your financial circumstances. A contribution will be required from you to the local authority to cover the shortfall.
If you are not entitled to an individual budget you can still receive our support by paying directly to us. We would meet with you to discuss your support requirements and sign you up to our support agreement so that you have peace of mind knowing that we are there for you.
