Our support service is designed to empower people with mental health issues and other complex needs to become independent. When they become part of our programme, they will receive consistent support from our team of skilled staff on a one-to-one basis.
We identify long term goals and aspirations, the obstacles they face in getting there and agree how to overcome these barriers.
We adopt a person-centred approach giving assistance and advice to increase people’s skills and confidence, so they’re able to live more independently in the future.
We can refer into our Money Matters Team who can provide a financial wellbeing assessment, maximising benefits and supporting with appeals.
Our Foundations for Life Team can provide support with digital skills, basic maths and English and setting up employment and training opportunities.
Loneliness and isolation can impact physical and mental health.
We offer social opportunities in our Rise Up walking group and Coffee and Culture group where customers can get out and about and meet new people.
