Are you an experienced, qualified Electrician looking for new opportunities? Look no further! Our Repairs Team is expanding, and we’re seeking Electricians to join our team.

If you’re an experienced, qualified Electrician looking for work, come along to our open day!


Event name: Electricians open day

Date and time: Friday 27 September, 09:30 – 15:00 – book a one-hour slot where we’ll have informal interviews and skills tests

Location: Karbon Homes Newburn office, Unit D2, the Waterfront, Newburn Riverside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE15 8NZ

Details of our Electrician roles: 

Here’s why you should consider us:

  • We are hiring for permanent roles
  • The salary is £37,059 per annum
  • The roles are based throughout the North East
  • A company van will be provided
  • The hours are 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • There will be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime
  • We offer great benefits including 26 days annual leave, birthday leave, occupational pension and a health cash plan with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits.

Qualifications required:

  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation / Engineering work including AM2 certificate (Essential)
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition IET wiring regulations 2382-10/20 (Desirable)
  • City & Guilds Inspection and Testing 2391 and /or 2394/5 (Desirable)
  • Completion of an apprenticeship
