We are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Electrician in both the Compliance and Operational Repair Teams to enhance our successful and growing Property Service Teams to work in our properties ensuring we remain compliant and keep our customers safe in their homes.
Salary: £37,059,75 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Throughout the North East

Qualifications required:
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation / Engineering work including AM2 certificate (Essential)
- City & Guilds 18th Edition IET wiring regulations 2382-10/20 (Desirable)
- City & Guilds Inspection and Testing 2391 and /or 2394/5 (Desirable)
- Completion of an apprenticeship
