We’re looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Scheme Coordinator, within our Supported Housing Team.
Scheme Coordinators are our front facing team providing residents with advice, support and enabling them to live well independently. We aim to create desirable places where people can live well, feel safe and supported without isolation.
Salary: £25,298 per annum
Hours: various
Location: We have opportunities available in Blyth, Morpeth, Hexham and Hartlepool.
