Date: Friday 7 March 2025

Time: 13:00-16:00 (30 minute slots)

Location: Karbon Homes Newburn office, Unit D2, The Waterfront, Newburn Riverside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE15 8NZ

Details: This event will act in place of an application form with some candidates being invited back for a more comprehensive interview. There may be skills tests involved and candidates will be given a tour seeing the facilities, vans and equipment.

Operations Surveyor

Salary: £38,520.30

Based: North East

Responsible for: Carrying out improvement, repair and installation activities in a way that sustains high levels of quality and customer satisfaction within a multi-skilled right 1st time culture.

Working in a collaborative way providing support and assistance to colleagues, staff, other departments, sub contractor’s and customers throughout the repairs process.

Delivering a complete range of plastering duties, including improvements and repairs work activity or damp proofing using the tanking or Newlath membrane methods. Carried out to Karbon and recognised industry standards of compliance, quality, and productivity.

Providing excellent service standards to internal and external customers in all aspects of maintenance related work.

Salary: £33,101.25

Based: North East

Working in a collaborative way providing support and assistance to colleagues, staff, other departments, sub contractor’s and customers throughout the repairs process.

Delivering a complete range of joinery duties, including improvement and repair work activity. Carried out to Karbon and recognised industry standards of compliance, quality and productivity.

Providing excellent service standards to internal and external customers in all aspects of maintenance related work.

Salary: £33,101.25
