To continue with your application for your new home we need to know a little more about you and your household through our New Home Application form. We ask for this information to check you’re eligible for this home and that it fits your needs and affordability. So you’ll need to tells us about your household, where you’ve lived previously and your income and outgoings. Please make sure you have the following information to hand before starting this form: Current income details, including wages, benefits, pensions. Current figures for debts, including credit cards, loans, catalogues. You’ll need to complete the form within 48 hours If we don’t receive your form or hear from you within 48 hours from the date you received your offer email, we won’t be able to continue with the offer and will assume you no longer want to be considered for this property.
