Friday 25 November marks this year’s White Ribbon Day – a movement to end male violence against women and girls. The day coincides with the international 16 days of action campaign, further raising awareness of the issue of violence against women and girls, including Domestic Abuse, as well as signposting to support organisations.

An award-winning mobile food club is launching a number of new hubs across the North East, offering regular, affordable provisions of food and toiletries for people in low-income households.

This October we’re celebrating ten years of Silver Talk, our telephone befriending service. As part of our celebrations, we took our volunteers to Beamish, the living museum of the North, to thank them for all the support they've given us.
